(1) If the election officer has filed a complaint according to rule 8, he shall investigate such complaint according to rule 9 and if no complaint has been filed, he shall prepare the final voter list and publish it in his office after the expiry of the deadline for filing the complaint. Voter list should be sent to the commission and the voter list will be published on its website.
